I contacted this cute boy in Grindr, he has a massage therapist in his bio, and he was so hot so I was , what the hell. 
He sent me his IG and we started to DM each other and he gave me this location  
Any information on this? 
I know sounds/looks fishy but in NYC is do hasta go know what is true and what is a scam  :/

@Alfstoria - I trust your gut instincts that this is fishy.  We've seen several similar scams similar to this.  

The fact that there are several testimonials that it is legit often is a sign that it is not.

It's a scam. He did the same from a previous account few months ago. Didn't even bother to change profile pic lol. Just another fishy account to spam people.
