I sent an inquiry and he provided me his massage rates.  I replied to set up an appointment and he replied, informing me that his rates increased due to an increase in demand.  I responded to him that I would pass.  I don't appreciate when someone pulls a bait and switch on me after already providing their rates.  I won't pursue services from this person any further.

I knew a guy who looked more than 10 years younger than his age.  But he was 103 and didn't look a day older than 90.
