curious as well. chatted with him and he seems responsive & friendly, says he leans more top. a lot of the RM reviews seem to be from long-standing accounts if that means anything, but sure are a lot in <1 month...

I know that visiting providers are busy but making certain that you're clean and fresh for your next guest is essential (for my tastes anyhow.). The other reason is, perhaps, subjectives so I'll leave it there.
