Keyboard Problem

Unrelated to this site is my keyboard's occasional skipping of letters I type, or worse, duplicating one letter repeatedly.

My first thought is that the keyboard is dirty. So I clean it, the problem goes away, but quickly comes back. So I switched to another keyboard.

I had the same problem! So, is it the keyboard or the computer? I did buy a new keyboard, but am afraid to take it out of the box until that question is answered.

As you can see, my keyboard behaved admirably while typing this post! Thanks for any advice!

What OS?  Windows or Max?  You can control the keyboard sensitivity typically.  We might need to adjust your sensitivity to make it less sensitive.

You might want to drop the repeat rate.

@RadioRob I finally found those settings in Windows 11. Now I have to see if they changed anything. Already typing this is not showing repeated or mised letters!

OK- I left that mistake in there. Maybe not done yet!
