Yikes, now 2/3 reviews are 1 star, and both complain about his looks:

"He doesn’t even look like his pictures"

"He was nice enough. But the person that showed up looked nothing like the person pictured in this listing. Overall the meeting was a bust."

Oddly, the 3rd review says:  "One of the best experience ever total package I can't wait to be back in NYC to see him again"!?
