Debating between Super Men and Shangrila for a massage and body scrub.  Looking for the best experience and Latin/European.  Any insight is appreciated.

I recently saw August at 27 men spa. great massage through and through. when I got there I noticed another guy. could be middle eastern or latin (but not Indian) and had a buzz cut. according to schedule he was either Ahmed or Zaid. would anyone know?

Went this weekend for a scrub and massage.  All 3 of the guys there were in their 20's and seemed to be Latin/Brazilian.  The guy at the front desk said he'd only been there for 4 days.

The massage/scrub was fine/ok.  Not remotely as good as i was hoping.  Unfortunately,  I didn't get the guys name.  It was my first post-quarantine and was certainly hoping for a lot more.  He seemed more interested in being sensual than thorough.  I get the feeling that the guys there are are all pretty but not trained.

If he was darker skinned, then Ahmed. Zaid is pale, looks a little bit Asian.

I went back this afternoon to Shangrila.  I had Daniel, who is Brazilian.  He did a good body scrub.  The massage was good.  He is good with feedback.  He's a good looking guy and if you ask him about his native Brazil, he'll give you a mouthful (or perhaps earful is the better word) of info.

Visited Shangrila this week, beautiful looking spa (3rd floor)

Greeted with standard COVID-19 protocol (temperature check)  assigned to Mike (Asian), excellent treatment, although he climbed on top of the table to reach my entire back (sitting on my ass). He suggested a table shower after, which was delightful.

I went to super men spa last weekend for my first massage after Covid and I was pleased with their protocols upon arriving . I did not have an appointment and was assigned Diego . He is very handsome and the massage was very good! He knew what he was doing .

I know this might not be the right spot for this question but need you guys help. The other day I went to one of the spas mentioned in this post. I usually tip the amount of the service. When I tipped the masseur he looked disappointed in the amount. He gave a good massage and LOTS of extras. I want to go back and see him but not sure if he'll do the same "services". I am willing to tip more. Any advice?

How much was the service and how much did you tip?

Visited Prime Spa had BIN, yes he's overweight, had "ok" massage skills, touch much oil, especially for the HE.MT with his standard equipment (nothing to write home about, lol) Paid for 90 minute, got 95 minutes, tipped $60. Will ask for David or Andy next time.

Agreed. Dunno how extra the extras were but 100% is right in line in my opinion.

Last week I visited Shangrila  on 44th St, east of Madison Ave, had Mike again for 90 minutes, best massage since Dylan. Totally worth the trip. MT/ we both had HE. I always tip well, and this time went over the top to say thank you. I will be visiting him again next time I am in city.

I only tip 100% when I'm very satisfied and more if they go beyond, like venturing into escort territory. For me, if the massage includes "unrestricted mutual touch" and a prostate massage, they earn an automatic 100% tip. I don't know how far you were able to go with your masseur but 100% probably should have been enough.
