Maybe 10 years ago or more:  who was the guy who was coming back to the united states, but had a disease. So he went to Canada then sneaked in over the border. 

He was blond and really cute.  There was only one picture of him, wearing a suit posing with a group.

lol, I tried using google search, and nothing helpful. although it was a great excuse to look at cute blonde men...and now my imagination is running wild with me helping him get back to the US, for a simple trade of sex 3x a day till he found his own place.

It was Andrew Speaker!  And I was wrong about his being blonde.  He's just goodlooking enough to be a blonde.
