Has anyone else had experience with Sprint mobile service?

Thanks for replying Greg.

 

In the past Sprint has gotten many complaints about its customer service and over-billing. How hs your eexperience been with that?

 

Also I heard that Sprint outsources it's customer service to India. Is that true?

Probably - don't they all

 

Here is an e-mail I received from a friend recently:

 

U.S.A AND CANADA IN TROUBLE

 

This morning, from a cave somewhere in Pakistan, Taliban Minister of Migration, Mohammed Omar, warned the United States and Canada that if military action against Iraq and Afghanistan continues, Taliban authorities will cut of America's and Canada's supply of convenience store managers.

 

And if this action does not yield sufficient results, cab drivers will be next followed by Visa, Sprint and Rogers customer service reps.

 

It's getting ugly folks!

I haven't had any issues with the billing with Sprint and as for customer service it's alright, no major complaints except for sometimes the hold time can be a pain in the butt. I don't think Sprint out sources their employees. When I've called it sounds like they are in southern region of the United States as most have had a pretty thick southern accent.

Three months and counting!

I've had Sprint for more than 8 years and am very satisfied with their service. So far, none of the service or billing issues that I had with Verizon. When I've needed assistance I use either their chat feature or sent them a secure message from their web site. The chat agents have always been helpful and their secure e-mail agents reply promptly. I'm considering a switch to T-Mobile, only because they use GSM technology (which means I can take the SIM card out of one phone and put it in another) and they offer the new phone that is powered by Google's Android system.
