It appears he does not. Looks like Bryan Goldberg, founder of the website Bustle, bought it out of bankruptcy, tried and failed to restart it a few years ago, and has finally succeeded.

Gotta admit, it's one of the ugliest sites I've seen in a while. Looks like the failed class project of some high school kid coder.
