"Joe Bell" movie opens July 23

starring Mark Wahlberg and written by the "Brokeback Mountain" writers McMurtry and Ossana.....about the father who planned a two-year walk across the country to honor his bulled gay son who had killed himself - and ended up getting hit by a semi during the walk and dying.....I remember that part of it in the news in 2013.....initial reviews by critics are lukewarm, it appears.....

careful, I did get a bit misty watching these previews.....(I think making catchy previews is a whole industry in itself these days!)

I agree, film trailers can sell nearly anything. 

I'm surprised (and less than excited) Wahlberg is in this movie.
