I am the connoisseur of cowboys in this arena.  Don't see what if anything makes this a cowboy.  Not that I wouldn't be willing to test my accuracy though.

His ad states he is a "country boy." Perhaps he's from Colorado, Montana, Arizona, or another state within cowboy country? Or, he's just using it as a catchy headline.
