Easy to schedule and comm with in advance. He, without being asked, sent some nicely done pics of him and his partner prior to the appointment. Nice private house that's easy to find and safe neighborhood in north Dallas, easy parking, very nicely appointed massage room. Ian did upper body, partner did feet and legs. I will say, however, that Ian appeared significantly more skilled than his partner so I felt like my upper body was massaged more thoroughly than my lower body.
