He certainly is hot - similar to the Russian gent I met in Dubai, later engaged in Moscow a few years back.

 

All I can offer is this gent is sadly not now on either RM (work has me scheduled to be in Moscow later this year, so I’ve been keeping an eye on the gents there, and in St Petersburg). I definitely would be interested were he available.
