Looks like a name change. I hired him for a 90min incall and I thought his skills were great even though it was performed on a bed. I personally like it cause it allowed for a lot to touch ?.

My experience with Bill was quite different - I decided to book an appointment today based on these reviews, and he flaked out on me three times. He prioritized brunch with friends, dinner with friends, and then promised to contact me after dinner - which he didn't. Unless you are looking for a lot of frustrating put offs and no follow through, I can't recommend him.
