Since Feb 8 WhatsApp will access and share all sorts of Private Data with Facebook and Instagram, even if you don't have social media profiles there.

There's no opt-out from WhatsApp's New Terms of Service. For those who don't like the new policies, the only option will be to delete their accounts.

I know there is a number of providers who love the convenient features of WhatsApp such as images, video, audio messages, groups, etc.

I often use WhatsApp to chat with Providers and I realize now how this could be a problem in the future with this new data sharing.

Asking them, they have told me to use either Telegram or Signal.

What are you going to do on your end?
