Martin has great reviews on MF but was extremely rude and condescending when texting. Did I just catch him on a bad day or is that a red (bright red) flag with him? Any feedback or guidance would be very appreciated.

What's the context? Is it possible your own messages came off as creepy or rude in some way? What makes you think the tone was negative when written communication has no tone?

I’ve had a massage with Martin before. He’s a nice guy, good massage, but totally therapeutic and seems to want to keep it that way. I tried making a few subtle moves and noticed that he got a bit standoffish, but then recovered and was friendly again. Go see him if you want a therapeutic massage but spare yourself if you want more.
