I think he is part of a group or team traveling around managed by a handler. There are a few recent threads on ZakTaylor, TonyFit, JoshParker who seem to appear to be located in different locations at the same time or are reviewed by the same client(s).

ZakTaylor and TonyFit were in Atlanta, then appeared in Tampa. Then TonyFit disappeared and TomTuckerFlex appeared. Then both ZakTaylor and TomTuckerFlex appeared in Orlando at the same time, then in Charleston SC, then in DC at the same time. ZakTaylor's profile disappeared, but TomTuckerFlex continued to NYC.
