Thank you @EVdude, I asked him about having a roommate and he answered that he had roommates that were generally out.  He said he would understand if I felt uncomfortable, always very polite and calling me "sir".  Since my session was to be at the improbable time of 11:30am, I declined, roommates would be at home sleeping  or whatever.
