I don't agree that Matt Damon is the sexiest man alive, People magazine not withstanding. Mario Lopez, especially as he has matured, is a really fine looking and very, very sexy young man, so why doesn't he get the nod?

The fact is, thankfully, the world is full of sexy men. Every one of us could come up with several nominations, so maybe People should ask us next year.

Thanks to Return of S and his November eye candy, I've been looking at this guy as my desktop model for a few days now:

Here's one I liked so much to make him the avatar of the week:

The real question is: whose photo on the cover will sell the most copies? A number of years ago there was a bodybuilder who never won a major contest but showed up on the covers of all the major magazines. With his photo on the cover, the sales went up bud time.

If anyone cares, I heard (probably flipping channels) the Matt Damon People Sexiest... thing was an inside job from George Clooney and Bratt Pitt (both "winners" before) who thought it'd be fun to rag on him after he was included in that prestigious list. Who cares anyway - when's the last time you bought a "People"?

I think a nationwide survey asking people to vote for the world's best hamburger would result in a win for either McDonalds, Wendy's, or Burger King--none of whom make anything resembling a good hamburger.

These popularity contests are never about quality, after all.

There are plenty of handsome young actors who are sexier than Matt Damon, although I've always thought he was hot. Just back from seeing "Atonement" and I'll take James McAvoy... anywhere! What a cutie!!!

Ben Affleck just put a contract out on you.

I thought Ben and Matt broke up years ago when JLo entered the picutre. :+

Who knows - the marraiges they have both entered into could very well be shams in order to avoid a loss of popularity in their movie careers. Or - they could be (probably are) "genuine bisexuals"

I'd bet money that they still fuck & suck each other when the opportunity allows.

Thanks for the shout out, Lucky :)

I'm just glad that James Mcavoy made the top 10. I've had a thing for him for years. In fact, the only movie that he was in that I didn't lust after him was when he was in that Narnia movie. That goat outfit totally didn't do it for me.

The Playgirl guy is former soap actor Marcus Patrick, who was apparently fired for posing in the magazine. Yet Billy Masters tell us that he danced last spring at Micky's where he "shows off his impressive appendage to a group of very appreciative gay men." Further, he plays a male stripper in an upcoming film called Love and Other Four Letter Words. I want to be the first in my neighborhood to see that one!

I don't find Matt Damon attractive at all, and i agree with you... Mario Lopez should be reight at the top, right before David Beckhem.

I see Playgirl has caught up with us! Oh well, my guess is everybody saw the pic already anyway.

PS: Andre, why list your review link if you are retired? It gets us old goats all worked up that you might return!:)

RE:Mario Lopez Movie

Maybe it was a bit silly, but I did enjoy the ABC Family channel movie called Holidays in Handcuffs, starring Mario Lopez. He looked super good, and the scene where he is shirtless in the bathroom is really hot. I can't imagine that this guy is straight but then it may just be wishful thinking on my part.

The movie hardly seemed suitable for a 'family" channel though...

I'm really crushed to hear you definitely aren't returning. I had such high hopes of meeting you one day. Anyway, it was nice to see you drop in. Happy holidays, Andre.

RE: No Dinner With Andre

Yes, I wish he would do more than drop in!:p

But we have to respect his retirement and hope that he will go on to bigger and better things. Good luck, Andre.

I agree, Lucky. I also agree totally about the ridiculous selection of Damon. Almost all of the nine finalists in Made in Brazil's [a href=http://madeinbrazil.typepad.com/madeinbrazil/2007/12/who-is-the-hott.html]Hottest Brazilian of the Year[/a] 2007 contest put Damon to shame. BWDIK? as the currently ranked #1 and #2 don't do much for me and my current fav is near the bottom of the pack at 7%. That said, your screen saver is worth a vote (or three) himself. Delectable. Where did you find him?

P.S: Shhh - don't tell anyone: Either current #3 Ramirez Allendar is now escorting in London or someone has stolen many of the stunning shots that were posted at MIB a few months ago.

Lucky,

I, for one, do not think it silly to have enjoyed "Holiday in Handcuffs." I wholeheartedly agree with you about Mario's "towel" scene. The movie airs again today at 6 PM Eastern Time (on ABC Family). I had not noticed Mario until I saw him in "Breaking the Surface: The Greg Louganis Story" (1997). He seems to keep getting better with time...

While on the subject of hunks in holiday movies, I'd also like to mention my admiration for Patrick Muldoon in "A Boyfrend for Christmas," and for Paul Walker in "Noel."

RE:Mario Lopez Movie

I guess my question is, how much does Matt Damon charge? I am sure if his movie career went for a dive, many guys would want to spend an hour or more with him...:-)
