I have chatted with him in 2020. He is pretty flaky. After some chat, even a word about an appointment, he will point you to his onlyfans site. You are absolutely right about him. I try setting a appointment with him, he tells me he really not interested in clients what so ever. Only for them to subscribe to his OF. Don't waste your time with him.

I was lucky enough to have met up with him a couple of times in 2023 when I was in Vegas.  He bottomed, but did offered to Top.  Exactly as pictured, rather hot and worth the time.  He was not always fast with responses as he told me he was enrolled in college.  But he did show up on time.

Not sure what’s going on with Jake, but something seems “off” to me. He’s listed on RM in the Las Vegas area now. I sent him two very polite text messages a few weeks apart inquiring about rates and general availability . . .  and got complete radio silence in return. He’s logged into RM several times since then.
 

I would totally understand if he’s taking a break or otherwise not available during the range of dates I asked about. But seriously, why pay for a RM profile if you’re not going to acknowledge inquiries? So weird.
