The guy I met was smart enough to find pictures that looked a lot like himself: In seeing some additional pics, it's clear 'Billy' was taller than the model and, naturally, didn't have a Russian accent.

 

While they weren't his pics, if they nearly matched, what's the judgement call here? For me, this was just a Grindr thing and I might feel differently if I was paying hard-earned money for his time.

I don't there's a consensus view. Some regard using pictures not of yourself is dishonest and see it as a broader character issue, assuming that dishonesty about the images posted foretells dishonesty about what the escort will and won't do, etc. Others just want to know how the person they'll meet actually looks. For me, if the pictures accurately present the escort even if they're not of him, and he's otherwise as represented, that's good enough. The proof of the pudding, as it's said, is in the eating. But I'll add this: the escort has to really appeal to me to get over not knowing upfront exactly who I'm meeting.

 

All of this reinforces the view that you, sir, and others with sterling reputations, will always occupy an exalted spot.
