We chatted when he was in my town and I decided to pass. We talked first via emails through RM and then switched to texts. He asked me questions we had already discussed and I just referred him back to the RM conversations and he got an attitude. I've learned, for me, that this is a sign and it's best to go to the next choice. I'm not paying for attitude, that's free all over the place.

I'm not usually one-I don't think-who bends over backwards to make excuses for escorts. In this case and considering how handsome he is, I'm betting he gets tons of emails and texts. I'll bet it's not always easy for him (or anyone) to associate potential clients texts with their emails. He may even need to delete his texts or emails frequently to keep his inboxes manageable. Even when I was only contacting an escort by email, I usually included a quick summary of my likes/our conversations as a quick reminder.

 

I'm not saying this escort had a right to 'throw shade' at a potential client. But we do need to keep in mind how many texts and emails they get.

sometimes the amount of texting they have to deal with is overwhelming. Making plans shouldn't be so difficult and is hard for an escort to tell who is seriously interested or not. Did you think about just calling him and talk for a couple of mins?

Speaking of his hair, I exchanged messages with him too. In the exchange I inquired about his parameters, and the only thing he listed was that he didn't like his hair messed up. Made me laugh. So, I guess he spends some time getting it right, lol.

I had a hook-up with a guy once. He was a hairstylist-maybe a beautician. He didn't want me to touch his hair either. IMHO it's a really off putting statement in the middle of sex. :mad:

If that's he's only limit he's very easygoing.

It’s an urban myth promulgated by various uninformed Forum members here. I’ve talked to numerous providers about the Dallas mafia and they just roll their eyes.

 

In a nutshell...the Dallas mafia (local Dallas escorts) supposedly schedule appointments with a particular escort and then cancel at the last moment thereby denying the particular escort any revenue.

 

This urban folklore really needs to die.

On my most recent trip to Dallas:

 

I got called to a hotel, was given a four digit room number and instructions to come up to the room. when I got to the hotel, found the room numbers only had three digits, and the person didn’t respond to any further calls or texts.

 

They got me ???‍♂️?

 

I'm sorry that happened to you. If I were still hiring and you had been versatile, I would have come down to meet you.

I would amend your description of the myth slightly -- the victim in these stories tends to be a visiting escort. Thus, per the myth, local escorts discourage visits to Dallas by traveling escorts to bolster the market for their own services. Thus, the "Dallas mafia" would not target a homegrown escort such as the subject of this thread.
