Windows 10, it should live!

Every update brings its own glitch. Ever since the last update I installed videos have halting freezes. I've searched online postings and tried countless proposed solutions, but nothing has helped. The prospect of reloading Windows 10 has encouraged me to just tolerate the video glitch.
