Provider parameters for Masseurfinder?

A provider wants to advertise on Masseurfinder, what is needed? He told me he needs proof of US Citizenship and credit card.

(I doubt he has both...)

Yeah, when things changed due to that one law a couple years ago, they started requiring Driver's Licenses (at least on massagefinder, which is same company as I recall, where I had a free ad, they wanted a DL/State ID).
