Fashion question

I finally watched the recording of the finale for "So You Think You Can Dance". Did any of you catch it ... and if so, what the hell was Cat Deeley wearing? Perhaps I'm out of step with the newest fashion, but I thought it looked absolutely ridiculous!

When women wear costumes like that I always wonder how they got to the event. How can they sit in a car without getting the outfit crushed and/or ruined? Not that this dress would look any worse if it were:-)

 

And as to the winner.... I was routing for Neil, such a cutie, and when he was eliminated, I then hoped Danny would win - great body!

Alas, it went to a female - life sucks.

I love this series and have watched each season. It's so entertaining to see all those amazingly talented kids and some of those dances are amazing! There is also always lots of hot,sweaty,young man candy thrown in for good measure! I developed such a silly school girl crush on Neil watching the series and was hoping he would win as well! I even voted for him about 20 times LOL. felt silly hitting redail on my phone, but wanted him to win so bad,.He was so adorable, and danced his sweet ass off, but so did Danny who I was surprised did not win the whole thing. I was really surprised that tiny little Sabre ended up winning the title of best dancer! She was good, but in comparison to Neil and Danny, she was no where near their level of talent.

 

Oh, and that dress Cat was wearing was just a pouffy skirt made of tulle, I don't think it has name, unless you want to call it "ugly" LOL. I guess she was trying to go for a ballet dancer's "tutu" look?
