In case you are a fan of soccer and soccer players, I saw a trailer on HBO for a documentary it intends to debut in October. The documentary features the life of the soccer legend Maradona. It was filmed by the same director who created the documentary regarding Amy Winehouse (in a different field obviously). I saw that documentary and it was wonderful. It showed both how talented she was and also how her talents did not stop her self-destructive behavior from taking over. This documentary also highlights both the meteoric rise of Maradona from a poor childhood to an almost paralleled star in his field using his talents. His behavior also mixed with the outlandish behavior of the Italians of Naples whose city he represented. It could only lead to a firecracker of a life. The reviews have mentioned that the film with also be released in regular theaters, perhaps before the HBO release.
