Just as an FYI, i live in LA and had never noticed his ad on RM until this past 4 to 6 weeks or so. However around 4 - 6 months ago he came to my attention as he had a profile on Seeking. At that time, i had briefly ommunicated with him and back then he commented that he had been coming out of a relationship. He didn't mean a Seeking arrangement but a boyfriend for whatever that's worth.
