Anyone have any info on beachboy Alex in LA?

His pics give off a fun vibe and and I love the Greek/Colombian background but there are a few red flags. He claims some guy gave him a bad review because he didn’t treat him with respect but there are only 2 reviews, both 5 star. The other thing is that both reviews are from 2017, nothing recent. I tried sending him a message in RM but his email is disabled? I find that odd that he wouldn’t have an RM email associated with his account.
