A Task for Photo Sleuths

This guy https://rentmen.eu/Alexxxanderrr appears off and on in Seattle under different names, with a similar or identical description, and never with any reviews. Other times there are different photos, but the description is similar. I think it's a guy I met a couple of years go who followed the same MO. I never understood why. Are the photos legit or are they of someone else?

I found other photos and information for the person in the pictures. He's a model and personal trainer and, seemingly, gay. His Instagram shows him recently in Mexico. Nothing that really jumps out as a red flag or indicia of fraud, other than he's Mexican not Spanish. The person in the photos has done at least one professional photoshoot that shows a bit more flesh than his ad photos.
