The Abduction Series, starring Zak Spears, I believe. One of my favorites.

Not sure if Zak Spears is in The Abduction (1992) the first film of the trilogy, but he is in The Conflict (1993) and The Redemption (also 1993).

You are right, I'm not sure about the 2nd either. He's definitely in the third, the scene where Zak catches the spy trying to steal the negatives and has his way with him is one of my favorites.
