This guy/these pics have been on and off RM numerous times over the past 3-4 years or more. Never has reviews to verify. I've never reached out to this profile (or any of the others with these photos) because something about him seems dishonest and "scam-like". Unless you find someone on the forum here who's been with him, I'd steer clear.
