Ads with these photos (Rafael and Saul in Nov 2017) have been on rentmen for almost two years, and reviewers seem USA-based, yet the guy in the photos has been a known escort in Brazil for much of that time.

 

A member of another forum mentioned in July 2018 he knows him well in Brazil, so I have messaged him.

 

I cannot find his ad there currently on the many sites, so he may be real deal and now in USA. Who knows.

Yes, that is the Brazil based guy I am thinking of. I had quickly scanned those sites yesterday but in the past his lead photo was one of the slicker professional ones, so I missed him.

 

I am pretty sure, then, the US ad is fake.
