Orlando Within a Few Months!!!!!

Because I have to cancel celebrating my birthday in Vancouver and seeing a certain individual who resides elsewhere now, I've selected my plan "B": Orlando, Florida.

 

I've been there twice before but under different circumstances. This time I am in need of hotel suggestions (moderately-priced); I also would like to know what one does during the day besides going to the myriad of Disney enterprises. I do plan to go to Epcot again (3rd time); I find this venue to be highly fascinating. I might also go to Universal Studios, but what else can I get into before seeing the men in the evening?

if you're into the space program there's the Kennedy Space Center, about an hour drive to the coast.

Make sure you avoid hotels around the airport. There are nice, reasonably priced hotels there, but they are too remote from the dining and fun venues of the city. It takes too dang long to navigate the roads around the airport to get to a point of interest.

 

In March, I was stuck with a hotel at the airport (hotel space was very limited around town when I made my reservation). The hotel (Renaissance) was fine. The location sucked in the worst way.

Well in Orlando, beyond the tourist shit lol, we also offer some decent clubs, shopping, basically anything ur interested in is close by. the beach on both sides is within 1.5 hours. Living in ORlando i could give you ideas if you have certain types of things u like.
