Well, I'm going to call fake. There is a guy in West Hollywood going by the name Henry McDonald who is using some of the same pics but with the heads obscured.

 

I'm guessing both are fake sadly.

Definitely a fake, with Google photo search, found the Instagram account of a British/South African fitness model who is definitely across the pond and not in NYC
