Planning a trip to Toronto this summer. Any suggestions as to what neighborhood to stay? Any other suggestions? Thanks.

Most of downtown is good, but can be expensive. Some nice AirBnBs in Cabbagetown, but the neighbourhood is mixed.

Toronto is essentially a collection of neighbourhoods blended into one city. What kind of neighbourhood are you looking for? Aside from the Village (Wellesley / Church), there's a neighbourhood for everyone. Are you looking for somewhere with lots of nightlife, something with interesting architecture and eclectic stores, or something quiet but not far from the action?
