The only people whining and bitching are the ones such as yourself who keep telling everyone else to move on and "shut the fuck up." Why is it that all of the nastiness and name-calling and overuse of the "f" word is all coming from Ben's "supporters" and sycophants? From Doug and FFF and others, I see truth and fact and humor. From Funseeker and RockHard and their ilk, I see anger and tough-talk and bullying.

I'm sorry, I must not have gotten the memo about how you have control over my life.

Would you mind forwarding it to my email idontgivearatsass@yahoo.com?

IF ever there was a way to guarantee further conversation about this subject, this was it. As we shall soon find out, I am sure. Beware the "Law of Unintended Consequences."

Does this smell funny to you?

I am surprised that someone who took as much pleasure blabbing every tidbit of confidential client info that BN told you during one of your sessions with him, would have such negative things to say about others.

Prudence and discretion might have suggested a different course of action. Like not saying anything. Kind of makes you seem like a hypocrite.

But then, that's just my point of view.

Certainly starting yet another thread telling people not to talk about BN is an odd way to get people to stop talking about BN.

If you think that the "anger" "tough talk" and "bullying" came only from BN's supporters, you weren't reading carefully!

RE The Bottom Line

Nothing like a good broo-ha-ha to get the juices flowing - and nothing like overkill to enduce boredom.

Having said that, here is my contribution to the boredom factor.

WHO HAS BEEN HURT?

That to me has to be the bottom line.

The writers he stole from? I don't think so. They did not loose a single penny of revenue from the theft.

BN's clients? I don't think so. They didn't hire him to wax poetic over his writings. They hired him for his body and how he uses it.

BN? Possibly, but business wise probably not. Those who love him, love him. And those who are so outraged would probably never have hired him anyway.

Was he wrong to do what he did? Sure he was.

But to me the bottom line is - who really cares - it's just another victimless crime. Have a good day guys, I'm sure BN will.

RE: RE The Bottom Line

Well, zipper, I've certainly not been hurt.

I haven't really been interested in contributing here in YEARS; I got reminded here what a good

movie "All About Eve" was, and this has been going on so long that I've ordered it, received it, and re- watched it.

And Eve got taken down a peg or two at the end, still had some friends..... ah, but "Phoebe" was waiting in the wings to overtake her throne as SuperStarKnowItAllEscort, upps, I mean.....

:p

He uses the blog to help market his escorting services and it is part of his main escorting website. Surely there were some who hired him based on what they read. Some hire as much for personality and intellect as they hire for physical attributes.

When somebody steals another person's creative work, there is most definitely a victim, if there were no victim, then who are the people who sue for and win damages when their music or writing or images are stolen? They are the victims, this was not a victimless crime, that's why we have copyright laws.

True - but I doubt if they have been hurt. If they hired for "personality & intellect" as you suggest, and this was before "The Big Expose" then they still got what they thought they were buying. His personality was what it was. And I also doubt if they were dissapointed as they sat around and talked about "intellectual things".

Not necessarily

But there is a differance here. The writers whose writings were stolen did not suffer a loss of revenue. Nobody would have seen there writings in anyother place where they would have lost income.

Like I said before. Was it wrong? Hell yes. But I just can't see how it was not a VICTIMLESS crime.

However, you are as entitled to you opinion as any other poster here.
