Thanks for posting this Cash. I recognized Matt Sanchez as former porn star/escort Rod Majors aka Matt/ExcellentTopNYC. Apparently he's appeared on Fox News and had posed at CPAC for pics with Ann Coulter and Newt Gingrich. Now, they're covering Sanchez/Majors on Countdown with Keith Olbermann. I'd heard he'd had a bit of surgery to diminish his ethnic look. Man's got a HUGE fucking dick and big ole' balls. The only video I have that he's in is Ryan Idol's "Idol Country".

 

Apparently, Cpl. Sanchez received an Education Award at the conservative CPAC meeting (same one where Coulter called Edwards a "FAG") for his speaking out about how he was treated at some campus protest at Columbia where he identified himself as former military and was called a "baby killer". Countdown showed the clip of him on Hannity & Colmes, where Hannity called him a Great American or some such thing and Semper Fi...lol

He did participate occassionally on the message center, usually when some people complained that he was "cold" and others would chime in that that was why they hired him. But this was all I found:

Maybe older Message center is dead, or maybe he used different, similar, username. Always found him fascinating. Was told many times he was beyond beautiful, and extraordinarily intelligent. Love the body, but I think the face photos and fox interview maybe don't do him justice??

Yes, he has. On Alan Colmes' radio show last week he tried to downplay it all by saying it (his porn/escorting career) was 15 years ago and that he wasn't gay and neither were his clients. Alan had done his research and told Sanchez they'd found an ad of his from just a few years ago. Sanchez obviously didn't want to talk about it and avoided answering a direct question.

As those who listened live have already commented in the post below, Sanchez was annoying evasive during Signorile's questioning, often responding to a question with a question. Signorile was led in circles for most of the interview, getting Sanchez to at least declare that he is not gay, never was, and that he willed himself into erections during all that man-fucking. Set your bullshit detectors on high.

And with this, we are hopefully done with Mr. Sanchez. As Signorile said on-air after Sanchez left the studio, the right-wing is probably puking right now that they ever lionized Matt Sanchez. And I don't see him winning any HRC visibility awards real soon.

Clinton's sex life really had nothing to do with anything. This guy appears at televised meeting of an important political group where Ann Coulter calling a prominent Dem a "faggot" is major headline. His past winds up being very relevant. Basically, he just a narcissist and someone who likes taking on roles. Once this dies out, we'll see him a again with a new persona--probably on reality television (I'm serious, given that most of those folks are narcissists and many wind up on thesmokinggun.com because they did porn or had problems with the law) The other thing worth noting is that he's not an active member of the Marine Reserves in the usual sense. He's what's called "inactive ready reserve"--he could get called at anytime, but he doesn't have to show up for anything besides paperwork. Perhaps, he's using his 15 minutes to make sure the Marines shitcan him and decide not to send him to Iraq.

Coulter said that, not Sanchez. Before that night, Sanchez hadn't met her and he publicly disagrees with her homophobic remarks.

He lied, and he shouldn't have. But that was the only thing, and not a big thing given that he reasonably felt he had no choice but to deny, that was anybody's business. It shouldn't have been dredged up in the first place of course.

Maybe he is and maybe he isn't, but digging this shit up, even if it wasn't buried very deep, is unjust and cruel. Package it anyway you want (and btw I hate conservatives) his past sex life, his hypocrisy, is even less the public's business than Clinton's was.

 

Sanchez is intelligent, obviously, and entitled to whatever political affiliations he chooses (stupid as they may be). He can also be a hypocrite if he chooses. He's not running for office. When the conservatives are done, he will be put away like the tool he is.

 

But if he loses his job or his position in Colombia because of this witchHunt, the liberal bloggers should be ashamed (and apologetic.)
