I have no idea as to the meaning but looking at the meaning in the dictionary I have a question. It states in the dictionary, "Can also be used to describe actually pumping someones ass full of semen. A saying so disgusting it needs to be acronym-ed." If you are actually having those discussions do you really need to abbreviate anything for fear of it being so disgusting?
