Website For Places To "Park"/Makeout?

A 'friend' of mine that I've lost touch with knew some kind of website/online magazine that listed popular secluded areas in major cities where one might go to "make-out". I've looked and can't seem to find it. Does anyone know about it?

 

(We used it to find a few make-out places in Seattle before I left. Our two favorite places were a parking lot a bit S of Shilshole Marina and a park somewhere around 45th or 50th -W of I-5 and fairly near the Woodforest Zoo.?)
