Zola Budd was a South African runner. Some taxicabs are named after her. Thus I thought if one wanted to hail a taxi they could say "HEY BUDD".

"Hey" is not to be used in polite society. I would suggest "Excuse me Budd" or "Please Budd". Especially at these times we must show that we Americans have some sense of civility!!!!!:(
