Well, there's the rub...we're not customers. This site has always been free. You could contribute and they had advertisers, but it's a free site. Therefore, none of us has much say into how the new site is going to operate. I'm sure Daddy's looking at these's e-mails and probably has through the years accumulated enough input from everyone to get a consensus on what people want from this site. I rather doubt the site needs PR. I'm sure they get thousands of hits every day.

So why don't we let Daddy get the new site up and running. There will be plenty of time to bitch then. And betting on the bitching that will ensue is the easiest sucker money I can think of.

<<Great sites use their customers for input on design, content, etc. He's evidently building a brand-new site right now. Right now is the time to get ideas that might easily be implemented at this stage but be quite difficult later on.>>

A MID WIFE'S SUMMER NIGHTS DREAM

The baby isn't even born yet. And with all this drama, were I the birth mother, I would have an abortion. Sure many people have an interest in what is to come and some even feel they should get a say so in what is to come. BUT, it isn't here yet. There will I am sure be plenty of things to piss people off when the baby finally is born ( I wanted a boy...I wanted a girl....I wanted a cat...)

The folks who are all upset should just chill already.

Observers will start to think the place is only inhabited by drama queens.

NOW, can we talk about the Dodgers?

I have to side with those who think that because it is a free site, we should be grateful for what we get and shut up.

Or...... perhaps you would prefer to pay $29.95 per month to belong (that seems about the going rate for most sites these days) and have the right to have some imput???

My experience with pay sites is that even then you still have no say in the operation and the web master is king.

Looks like we have it pretty good here so why don't we all stop our bitchin'?

Jan Hooks will always be my favorite Sweeney Sister. As a youngster I was devastated to see Flo leave Mel's Diner. Yes, I said devastated. Agreed on Sandy Duncan.

LOVE BERNICE and her affection for black man, alcohol and cruising. I often have one of her arterial flow problems.

Chrissie leaving Three's Company was also a let down. However, Mr. Furley replacing the Ropers was OK by me. Don't get me started on TV Show Themes.

I loved the recent Pop Culture Quiz Show on VH1!!

LOL

I was even more devastated when Derek and I saw Polly Holliday shlepping into a 99¢ Store in the East Village in the mid 90's, looking a bit disheveled and unfriendly. Speaking of which, check out this similar but far worse encounter: http://www.hellfire.com/celebs/flo2.html

I agree. And Kirstie Alley replacing Shelley Long on Cheers was a good thing. A funny show got even funnier and more insane.

Scott left out the first line of my comment:

"Daddy's style is different from HooBoy's."

HooBoy did play favorites and often turned the daily posting of reviews into a Eugene O'Neill play. By contrast Daddy is quieter but gets the job done. I was praising Daddy for giving each escort with a blog his own link. On a personal note, I really enjoy Rick's and Scott's blogs. I do not agree with Benjamin's use of blind items about other escorts, but otherwise his blog is also enjoyable.

Hmm .... I guess I didn't feel it added anything to the context. OBVIOUSLY my mistake in reading as it made me jump to apparently incorrect conculsions noted below...

Thank GOD you do still like me. I dunno, I was kinda confused at what you meant when you posted that. I guess I just read that as a dig on everyone mentioned and myself that we get undue special treatment or something. That is one of the main problems of ANYTHING internet related, tone and intent don't truly come across in the written word.

Eh Rick? You hot hot sexy man with a studly husband. Mmmm I'm all we.... I think I'll stop before I cum on my keyboard :) :*

Scott, I went back and read ArlingtonVaGuy's direct response to my original comments. He thought I was bashing Daddy too. It was not an Internet problem. I did not express my thoughts clearly.

To be totally upfront, if I ever have a major problem with anything Rick or you say I would use private e-mail rather than a public message center.

Hey, wait a minute. I did not take your post as a bashing on Daddy. I felt you were making a very valid point that people need to understand that things are different with Hooboy gone. It was my intent for my post to be read as a concurring opinion.

The trouble with threads like these is that they can get a bit confusing as they grow longer and more complex.

Thanks for the post, ArlingtonVaGuy.

I am glad you understood.

I still believe that I could have done a better job (and already thought that when I read my own comments shortly after posting).

You are correct about things getting more confusing the longer the thread and the more angry participants get as the arguments progress.

Have a great weekend!

Hmmm...what were you going to say?

"I'm all weatherproof"? (that could come in handy for water sports)

"I'm all weekend on my back with my legs in the air"? (that could get exhausting)

"I'm all western attired"? (I bet you'd look hot in nothing but some cowboy boots and a smile)

Btw, I liked this much better than the "inside" joke. ;-)

I never get confused when things grow longer...I just open up and say "Ahhhhh." :9

The point about piling up innumerable emails is quite, quite infantile, do you not think? What real purpose would this serve.

My suggestions is that all of us SHOULD PATIENTLY AWAIT the arrival of the new website. I like the current look, and it is so easy to navigate, thus far!!
