Is it comon to ask a deposit when clients book overnight

I had a bad experience with a client that canceled /no show and was even 50 mins late before he said he's not coming . The client wanted a overnight and since my whole night was shot I could not take other clients.

 

One of my buddy's is an Escort and told me he makes the clients that book overnights pay a deposit the day of.

I think it’s been discussed in this forum before. The important thing is that you need to let your clients know right away. Better yet, include it on your advertisement. It should automatically eliminate those who are not okay with paying a deposit.

Once I had a no-show for whom I bought plane tickets. Stuff happens. As @MassageDrew stated, it’s been discussed before. The typical route is a shorter introductory session. The majority of times, you’ll develop some chemistry before an overnight.

Yes, it’s common. Like Drew said, just mention it in your advertisement.

 

Some escorts even require deposits for ALL sessions. That is not common, tho. Many escorts do require deposits for all sessions over 2/3/6 hours tho. Not only for overnights. So it’s up to you which lengths of bookings you want to require deposits for.
