I was not intimating that you were not correct. I just wanted to make sure that is what you meant. It is very easy to least out negatives (which of course changes the meaning) I do it all the time. So I just wanted to ask you so that it was exactly what you meant. Thank you.

In other words - he can't top wearing a condom. That is what I said. I can't think of any other way to make it more explicit.
