Isn't Spectrum getting kicked out of New York state for poor service and not following up on regulatory requirements?

I did the exact same thing. Loved Fios, had it for many years, but too overpriced. Spectrum isnt bad - have not had any problems (knock on wood!)

 

Post script - are you sure this qualifies as a momentous life decision???

I'm not losing several of the channels I thought I would, & am getting Sundance & IFC, neither of which I thought I'd get.
