I really liked him. He was in "Shameless".

He's on the Hulu Stephen King series "Castle Rock".

But I read that he got married to a woman! I am so disappointed! She is a refugee from Afghanistan. Maybe it's a green card thing.

Noel Fisher

First got to know him as part of a family of grifters on FX's under-appreciated THE RICHES, starring Minnie Driver.

Then he was the obnoxious lab tech Dale Stuckey on SVU who eventually killed O'Halloran and slashed Stabler.
