"With Benefits"

I see "with benefits" some on this site and quite a bit on other hookup sites. Originally I thought it referred to "with money" as in willing to hire, but that doesn't seem to be the case. Then I thought it meant "with drugs" but again that doesn't seem to be. So what does "with benefits" mean?
