How is a guy "Available Now" on Rentmen- but does not show up in Search?

I just ran across this situation:

 

I looked through all of the ads for Vegas escorts using the search filter for location set to Las Vegas. Nine pages of ads show up.

 

This escort, whose home location is set to Las Vegas - does not appear in the list of ads:

However, if I google "Rentmen Private Dancer" - his Rentmen link appears - and when I click it - it shows his Active Ad with the location as Las Vegas and that he is "Available Now".

 

Why would he not appear in my original search?

Were you in Vegas at the time, with the "near me" gps search option also checked?

 

If yes, and he's blocking gps/proximity... that might explain it. Or, he's really far outside of town.

I just looked through all of the Ret.men ads for Vegas and his didn't appear. However, your link worked. Clicking on the "map" tab reveals he is located several miles south of Vegas near the tow of Jean. Perhaps that is why his ad does not display?
