I so don't want to sound as if I am stepping right out on the wrong foot. But understand that it is so frustrating to have to watch as a big peice of my own families history is being completely wiped away. And say nothing. But I would really just love it if people would just stop mentioning my grandfathers contribution to the LBGTQ community if none of whats being said is accurate. And I'm so tired of everyone trying to make it seem like the Missouri mule didn't exist before it became a gay bar when the fact is it did exist and had the name remained the same it would be over 90 years old right now. As well as a huge part of the LBGTQ history. Which I for one couldn't be prouder of. So why can't it be both the way it should be? I just don't understand
