That first pic was taken in a padded cell from a certain "facility" in Aversa Italy. It is part of the procedures that the doctors use to determine if the "inmates" are cured and can be released. I think that this lucky fellow is not going to be released for quite a while. The second pic is of one of the guards/attendants depicting how it's done. Perhaps a trip to la bella Italia is in order and specifically The Ospedale Psichiatrico Santa Maria Maddalena aka il manicomio... the insane asylum... Kind of like this place right bere! Well, I would bet that you get your kicks from "other" activities that do absolutely nothing for me. Heck, we all have different erogenous zones. What most guys do on a regular basis here I do once every five years and just to remind myself that it not my thing! LOL! One more point regarding nips, some guys have even been known to develop calluses on their nips. That's the sign of a true hard core professional. I have always tied to avoid that. Well that's BIG LOL! Feathers! Still, there is indeed a demand for tickle torture! However, in this case I am going to presume that something more dire preceded the feathers! After nips have been put through the mill so to speak they get quite hyper-sensitive and something like feathers can literally drive them crazy. I don't have any feathers in my bag of tricks. However, when nips are sensitive the slightest touch with fingers or the tip of the tongue can literally cause one to reach new heights of pleasure. Just the thought is driving me insane!
