Sounds as though the two of you need some nipple conditioning!!!! I was there once... Check the following thread to help get your nips acclimated to clamps and other nip play. As with everything else there is a right and wrong way! For beginners one needs to condition and get the nips prepared for the clamps... also one should begin with adjustable clamps... Of course when the clamps are removed that is when they often hurt the most. So a guy tries nip clamps for the first time and they hurt like hell. He then yells, "Get these f^<king things off my nips!" They are removed quickly and in an improper manner. That induces even more pain! That discourages the newbie even more from progressing to the next level. That is unfortunately how most guys first experience nip play and it is often ther last experience as well.
